Real. Unfiltered. Me.

I’m Emily. A mom of three, a recovering “shrink myself so others feel comfortable” kind of woman, and someone finally done apologizing for taking up space. I built this space to talk about the real stuff: the messy middle of motherhood, ambition, marriage, burnout, and figuring out who you are when you stop trying to fit into everyone else’s version of “enough.”

I’ve learned that humor is my survival skill and honesty is my superpower. Because if we can’t laugh at the chaos of it all, what’s the point? I’m not here to tell you how to fix your life, I’m here to make sure you know you’re not alone in it.

Whether I’m writing, speaking, or oversharing in carpool, my mission is simple: to help women feel seen, strong, and unfiltered, even when life feels like too much. So grab your coffee (or tequila, no judgment), and let’s figure this beautiful, brutal, hilarious mess out together.

“I spent years trying to be less. Now I’m everything I was told was ‘too much’, and it feels like freedom.”

“Motherhood, ambition, identity, it’s all a circus. I’m just learning to juggle without lighting myself on fire.”

You’re not alone. I’m just as crazy. I’ve just decided to make it content.

FAQ

  • Just a woman trying to keep her kids alive, chase her dreams, and not lose her sanity in the process. I’m a mom of three, a storyteller, and a professional overthinker who finally decided to stop shrinking and start saying the real stuff out loud.

  • Because I got tired of pretending I was fine when I wasn’t, and I knew other women were doing the same thing. I wanted a space that’s equal parts honesty and humor, where we can talk about the hard stuff and still laugh through it.

  • Real stories, raw moments, and reminders that you’re not alone. Some posts will make you laugh, some might hit a nerve, but all of them will make you feel a little more seen, from one “doing her best” woman to another.
